做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
