做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
