做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
