做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
