做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
