做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
