做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
