做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
