做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
