做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
