做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
