做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
