做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
