做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
