做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
