做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
