做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
