做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
