做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
