做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
