做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
