做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
