做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
