做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
