做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
