做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
