做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
