做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
