做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
