做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
