做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
