做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
