做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
