做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
