做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
