做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
