做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
