做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
