做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
