做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
