做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
