做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
