做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
