做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
