做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
