做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
