做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
