做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
