做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
