做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
